**Your new role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Immunisation Administration Lead Officer to join our team Health Services Team. As our new Immunisation Administration Lead you will make a difference daily by providing general administrative support across the Immunisation and Health team.

This position will provide a lead administrator role for Council's Immunisation program Vaxapp and to support the delivery of Council's Immunisation Services and programs.

This position will work closely with the Team Leader Immunisation Services in organising and supporting the delivery of Council's Immunisation Service. The incumbent will also support the Health Compliance systems and processes to support the delivery of the department's statutory inspection functions, and maintenance of consumer requests.

This role will handle daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders on general health services and immunisation related matters.

This is a Band 5 classified role, remuneration will be $75,948.26 - $88,363.93 (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.

The key selection criteria for this role are:

- Demonstrated experience as an Administration Officer.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and ability to identify and handle competing priorities in a timely manner.
- Demonstrated commitment to a team philosophy and willingness to participate in continuous improvement of work practices.
- Demonstrated commitment to displaying the organisation’s values.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of MS Office and Outlook and electronic data base management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to assist customers in a confidential and efficient manner as well as relate to people both internal and external to the organisation.
- Knowledge and understanding of NH & MRC Immunisation Schedule and guidelines.
