Plantmark - one of Australia's leading national wholesale plant nurseries - is seeking an enthusiastic Dispatch Administrator to join our busy team at Plantmark Wantirna.

Plantmark's operations include seven Wholesale Trade Markets with sales and distribution in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland.

Plantmark has been the largest trade supplier to the urban development, landscape and local government sectors for over thirty five years and has established an outstanding reputation for excellence within the nursery industry.


Description:

Key responsibilities


Reporting to the Dispatch Manager and liaising with the local Sales teams, this hands-on role has a strong focus on inwards goods procedures including receiving stock deliveries, completing receipting processes, tracking order identification and labelling, allocation of stock to worksite holding bays, records management and general office administration activities.


Additional duties may include picking and packing stock for orders and nursery duties including watering, weeding and dispatch grounds maintenance.

The position is full time, Monday to Friday and involves both office-based and outdoor tasks.

Skills and Experiences:

Essential attributes

To be successful as a Plantmark Dispatch Administrator, you will have:
Positive work ethic and reliability
Good verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate computer skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Forklift licence would be desirable


Applicants must also be capable of performing occasional lifting tasks and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Previous work as a plant nursery or dispatch hand would be desirable.
