**Your Role**:The Head of Media is a pivotal role in attracting and converting customers into the business. Specifically this will involve designing, testing, scaling, managing and optimising all media-related activities across the business to deliver brand and revenue growth.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Leading the transition to video-first media, and the introduction of Mid and Upper Funnel investment

Manage, plan and execute all digital and offline campaign implementations and optimisations across paid search, social and programmatic - leveraging Agency and Digital / Marketing team members as required

Manage the briefing and prioritisation of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artefacts, and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launches

Maintain strict campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign execution and performance

Campaign performance monitoring & optimisation - bid/budget changes, audience testing, creative testing

Identify proactive opportunities, targeting recommendations and providing actionable recommendations

Pacing campaigns across various platforms; ensuring best practices for the channel are followed

Communicate accurate and timely weekly reports on the performance, by channel to key stakeholders

Managing relationships with media partners, agency, team and 3rd party providers

Use available tools including ad servers, and media buying platforms to lead campaigns

Ensure unified tagging and performance tracking across advertising platforms

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity for opportunities to adapt and optimise

Lead channel and platform strategy and secure quarterly/annual planning alignment from CEO and GM

Coordinate with Product (eCommerce), Social and Creative teams to maximise business impact

Manage a team of media and brand communication professionals ensuring they are set up for success

Excellent time management skills; ability to meet targets and deadlines across multiple priorities

Superior understanding of digital media tools and the digital channel landscape.

An analytical mind, with the ability to generate insights from data sets and turn them into actions

Strong Excel knowledge including the ability to run formulas, V Lookups and Pivot Tables.

Familiarity with tools and platforms including (or similar to) Google Analytics, Google DataStudio, Supermetrics, Google Ads and Meta.

Experience in ad serving/tracking/booking technologies (such as Google AdManager 360/Atlas/Mediamind, Sizmek, IAS, MOAT, DCM, Operative One, Celtra, Freewheel)
