**What’s the role?**
- Oversee the digital media trading team to engage and convert off-platform digital audiences through SEM, Social, Programmatic and other related digital channel activities driving to the site and retargeting through to conversion
- Oversee the positional share, optimisation and negotiation of digital platform investment to deliver media cost efficiencies via various strategies
- Collaborate with the Digital planning team on strategic digital media recommendations to optimise investment outcomes
- Provide direction and guidance to the digital performance trading team in executing cross-channel programs that serve the business portfolio.
- Seek and recommend new digital media opportunities to accelerate the performance of overall audience acquisition.
- Engage Platform partners to drive strategic solutions across performance with Media firsts and new developments and opportunities within tech platforms
- Provide technology input and oversee API connections for various tech stack programs
- Collaborate with Senior stakeholders in cross functional teams to develop opportunities and contribute to road mapping on tech stack initiatives to improve performance

**Who are you?**
- Leadership capability to build and lead a team of digital professionals for cross-platform and multi-channel media trading across a portfolio business
- Deep understanding and proficiency in Google as a platform
- Advanced Knowledge of Marketing Technology and Integrations within internal systems
- Experienced in reporting & data visualisation tools
- Experience across ad-server platforms and technologies
- Proven understanding of digital marketing principles and experience in omni-channel campaign delivery
- Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, at the forefront of digital marketing and changing customer behaviour, well versed in industry best practice
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to influence senior stakeholders within the business
- Passionate to work with a world class Performance Media program.
