AJE ATHLETICA invites you to be a part of this new era as we have an exciting opportunity for an AJE ATHLETICA Social Media Manager, to join our Head Office Team. Based at the new Sydney Head Office and reporting directly to the Head of A.A - Sales & Marketing, this role will be responsible for the development and execution of AJE ATHLETICA’s social media plan including creating and briefing content, planning and executing highly-engaging, innovative social media content across all organic channels and amplifying AJE ATHLETICA’s brand identity.

**As a Social Media Manager, your tasks will include**:
**Content Creation, Briefing & Dissemination**
- Work with the Head of Brand Visuals, Creative Directors and Social Media Manager to brief globally-benchmarked creative and innovative social media creative and campaigns in alignment with overarching annual marketing strategy and brand vision, incorporating brand pillars, A.A brand aesthetic and seasonal storytelling
- Identify ways in which photography, motion, videography, editorial and other content for purpose can be used for the A.A channel, recommending new content layers to engage A.A audiences, tell the brand story, present relevant categories, and contribute to follower reach and engagement and drive traffic to site and stores
- Create and edit content making it suitable for channels in line with brand identity
- Lead and execute social content for key events including but not limited to brand events, influencer partnerships, social partnerships; ensuring sponsor content is executed per agreements
- Together with the Social Media Manager strategize content requirements per campaign/activity to best perform across organic channels for the key objectives
- Connect the offline and online experience by formulating a content creation strategy to engage the retail stores on an ongoing basis on the Instagram channel

**Organic Social Media Planning**
- Together with the Channel Owner for social (Social Media Manager) and Head of A.A build an insight-led, global-level annual social media strategy; setting KPIs, content planning, budgets and roadmaps for how to hit growth targets domestically and internationally
- Incorporate key marketing strategies and sales campaigns into social media content - Create an ongoing framework and schedule/calendar for organic social content; for review by the Social Media Manager and signed off by the Head of A.A (and/or Marketing Director) - Work with the Social Media Manager and Senior Growth and Innovation Manager, on identifying where organic content should be amplified/boosted by paid channels and execute all boosted and dark acquisition ads to build social following
- Ensure the A.A Channel Planner is kept up to date, ensuring messaging is mirrored across all channels
- Recommend what competitions, promotions, activations will generate acquisition and engaged audience growth through the A.A channel
- Work with the retail team in executing competitions/promotions to build reach, engagement and followers while building relationships with the stores and centres

**Planning by Channel**
- Strategise to take Instagram to the next level, as A.A targets local and international growth, brand elevation and recognition on this channel
- Curate content-for-purpose for Facebook, tailored to the channel, working closely with the Senior Growth and Innovation Manager to amplify this content and ensure paid and organic strategies are complementary
- Create an ongoing TikTok plan, with optimised frequency of posts and content; directing assistant to execute
- Working with the Social Media Manager and Senior Growth and Innovation Manager, devise and implement a Pinterest strategy that organically pulls traffic to the Aje website, integrating Aje Athletica product and the Aje Report to drive traffic; directing assistant to execute - Advise the HR Coordinator on Aje Athletica brand aesthetic and content on LinkedIn
- Collaborate with key channel owners - Ecommerce and Social teams - to develop the A.A Report and social content campaigns
- Strategize annual plans for the A.A Report in collaboration the wider A.A digital and marketing team
- Ensure reporting is completed per project for internal assessment
- Identify, approach, select and negotiate on brand A.A ambassadors and Athletes and produce clear briefs, and write: the Q&As for A.A ambassadors - for internal approval Team Leadership and Administration
