**About this Role**

As a Library Services Officer you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service as the first point of contact for visitors to our Latrobe City libraries.

In this role you will have the opportunity to undertake a range of activities including:

- Advising on digital resources;
- Presenting story time and other programs;
- Recommending great reading;
- Preparing interesting display;
- Accurately processing payments.

**About You**

For this position we are seeking enthusiastic individuals with great communication skills and a passion for providing high-level customer service.

You will have:

- Demonstrated experience working in Public Libraries or in a professional customer service environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow the procedures and processes associated with a community library environment, and deliver library programs.
- Ability to work positively within a dynamic team environment.
