Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Regional Assessment Service (RAS) Officer, your primary responsibility will be to conduct home visits for elderly community members, evaluating their eligibility for government-funded home care support, ensuring they can maintain their independence.

Key Duties Include:- Conduct assessments for individuals from diverse and vulnerable backgrounds, including those from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) and indigenous communities.
- Ensure the accuracy of client records within organizational management systems and the My Aged Care (MAC) Assessor Portal.
- Actively engage in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the RAS team.
- Certificate IV in Aged Care, Disability, or Social Services (preferred).
- Valid Victorian Driver's License.
- Current Working with Children Check (Employee).
- Access to a registered vehicle with minimum third-party insurance.
- Willingness to travel within the service delivery area.
- Potential for up to $15,900 tax-free income through not-for-profit salary packaging annually.
