Office Administration Assistant

We seek an efficient, enthusiastic, friendly, switched-on person to work in our home-based small business in Manly West, Brisbane. The successful applicant will work in a support role assisting the business owners. The role will include performing various tasks, with an emphasis on admin duties, but could also involve other business-related tasks. The hours for the position will be 4 days per week and be rostered during school hours (9am-2pm), Monday-Thursday.

**Skills**:
- Administration experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Accurate data entry, with excellent computer knowledge
- Ability to work with product descriptions and SKUs
- Understanding the processes of Quotes, Orders and Invoices
- MYOB experience is an advantage, but not essential
- Spreadsheets, Google Drive documents
- Website maintenance, SEO, etc.
- Social media posting and Canva experience
