In support of our dedication to gender equity and the University’s Science in Australia Gender Equity (SAGE) Athena Swan Action Plan, we are seeking to appoint two Postdoctoral Research Fellows for Women in STEMM. **These roles are only open to applicants who identify as women or non-binary.**

**Who you are**

As a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, you will have a developing research profile and will actively supervise honours and postgraduate research student projects, whilst carrying out activities to maintain and develop scholarly and professional activities relevant to your field.

**What will help you succeed**

You will either have a PhD or be within three months of submitting a thesis to be near completion of a PhD in either Astrophysics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mathematics or Information Technology. You will also have professional experience and research expertise in your area, including engaging in research that provides the opportunity to collaborate with others and seeks to attract research funding. You will be encouraged to participate in capacity development and reflective approaches to building teaching skills.

**Salary**: Total remuneration range $119,401 to $141,128 pa (includes salary range of $100,888 to $119,246, employer superannuation contributions up to 17% of salary and annual leave loading)
