Are you experienced in looking after revenue growth your business and looking for a new challenge?

I'm partnering with a leading FMCG business in recruiting for their next Head of Revenue Growth as a parental leave cover for 8 months.

**ABOUT THE BUSINESS**

Your next employer is a market leader in FMCG and has recently built this revenue growth function which combines the sales and operations to optimise performance, for their off-premise business.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Reporting to the Director, you will look after the following:
**Marketplace**
- Delivering sustainable price realisation performance while still supporting other levers of EBIT (Vol, Share, Rev)
- Ensure seamless implementation of CPI, CDS and other price changes with customers
- Incorporation of brand vision, current market dynamics & competitor activity into a robust & consistent pricing strategy
- Considering & quantifying medium & long term impacts of activity on not just pricing but also portfolio pack size range to optimise volume and margin
- Identify risks & opportunities on trade spend efficiency with a particular focus on embedding an ROI culture
- Drive greater commercial and financial acumen in across sales, marketing and finance team
- Leading & supporting the development of pricing & promotional strategy by identifying marketplace drivers
- Manage accountability and compliance to strategies through the sales team

- Efficient promotional planning & analysis
- Managing CPI process and communication through sales & commercial teams
- Support Commercial Sales Director's goal of optimising mix, revenue and trade spend outcomes
- Drive simplification of systems and processes within finance through continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive trade spend optimisation through efficiencies in process & the way we go to market

**ABOUT YOU**
- 9+ years experience in Commercial Sales/Marketing/Finance/Supply Chain experience
- FMCG sector experience in ideal
- Previous experience in managing a small team of about 4-5 direct reports
- Degree qualified (analytics, finance, business discipline, engineering)
- Leading medium/large teams
- Ability in developing budgets and managing profit outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and gain alignment with key stakeholders
- Ability to develop strategic plans
- Ability to lead teams of highly engaged, achieving people and develop an achievement culture
- Ability to coach, mentor and develop team members
- Highly proficient in analytics and optimisation
