An industry-leading brewer is looking for a Head of Revenue Growth Management to join the team
**Your new company**
The first name on the list when you think of an Australian alcoholic beverage company, a giant that is part of a larger global conglomerate based out of Asia. An industry leader that spearheads innovation within the space with an impressive pipeline mix of new products and classic bestsellers.
**Your new role**
Is responsible for leading & supporting the development of pricing & promotional strategy by identifying marketplace drivers that materially impact price realisation with accompanying data driven insights and recommendations.you will also be managing accountability and compliance to strategies through the sales team as well as Identifying risks & opportunities on trade spend efficiency. You will be delivering sustainable price realisation performance while still supporting other levers of EBIT and ensure seamless implementation of CPI, CDS and other price changes with customers through well managed pricing execution process.
**What you'll need to succeed**
As well as previous experience in a similar Revenue Management role within FMCG you will need the:
Ability in developing budgets and managing profit outcomes
Ability to manage multiple priorities and gain alignment with key stakeholders
Ability to develop strategic plans
Ability to business partner and influence at senior leadership level
