We are currently seeking a passionate, organised and experienced person to join our Customer Service Team, initially for a fixed term appointment of 12 months with potential extension, working on a part-time (0.6TE), as a Customer Service Officer at our Burswood Head Office location.

**To be successful in this role, you must have**:

- Relevant demonstrated experience in a similar role, or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any combination of education, training and/or experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a contract administration role.
- Demonstrated experience in providing timely and accurate customer service and support in a fast paced, high transactional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills and team work.
- Excellent time management and prioritising skills.
- Proven problem identification and resolutions skills.
- A current Driver’s License.
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or be willing to obtain).

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience working in the disability sector.
- Understanding and knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
