**The Program**
Having good social connections are essential for all aspects of health especially as we age. Red Cross supports those who live alone or have limited social cultural connections. You will be a part of a program to help strengthen social cultural connections and visit participants.

**The opportunity**
If you have a genuine interest in building social connections with your local community elders and enjoy working alongside our people, then this is the ideal role for you.

**The impact**
Help improve the quality of life and wellbeing of the elders in the community who are experiencing loneliness or don’t get to speak to many other community members.

(Red Cross will ensure you have training, ongoing support and access to other opportunities within the World’s largest humanitarian network.)_ _
