W Melbourne is the rebel between the streets, sitting in the heart of the Melbourne CBD on the iconic Flinders Lane, the luxury hotel takes its design cues from Australia’s cultural capital and providing the back-lane entrance keys to what’s New/Next in the city. **About You**

Experience in a dynamic restaurant setting is highly valued.

A passion for mixing artistry and a desire to innovate in the Bar.

Background in high-end restaurant or banquet kitchen is advantageous.

A proactive and upbeat demeanor that inspires excellence.

Keen to take on new challenges and grow within your career.

A current Victorian RSA is essential for your role.

**About the Role**

Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service and that guest needs are met.

Inspect grooming and attire of staff, and rectify any deficiencies.

Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.

Inspect storage areas for organization, use of FIFO, and cleanliness.

Complete scheduled inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies.

Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests. Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
