Working with a team of experienced human resources professionals you will play a pivotal part in the success of Data#3.

**In this role you will**:

- Develop and maintain close working relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a people adviser to the business
- Support senior leaders and management with general HR functions
- Resource, and workforce planning and support of the recruitment team
- Work with the onboarding of new team members
- Performance management and career development
- Drive new initiatives and processes across the business and HR function

**What we are looking for**:

- 4+ years in a people experience/human resources adviser role
- Demonstrated experience working with people and teams in a matrixed environment.
- Experience providing mentorship & guidance to peers and colleagues.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining diverse multi-faceted relationships.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing new initiatives and processes.
- Demonstrated work history of ethical business practice with a high attention to detail
