**The opportunity**
Every person at Icon plays an important role in delivering exceptional care to patients. And due to an internal promotion, we’re seeking an
**HR Administrator in a permanent full time capacity** to be based in our head office in
**South Brisbane** (next to Southbank...and Messina if you have a sweet tooth). You’ll join a truly connected and talented team, who are as passionate as you are to deliver positive outcomes.
Our team makes us who we are, they shape our impact and drive our success. And at Icon, you’ll play a key part in ensuring we have the right employees in the right role at the right time by:
- Managing the processing of new employment contracts, employment change requests and exits
- Creating and maintaining personnel employee files and data
- Interpreting Award and Enterprise Agreements to answer queries
- Being first point of contact for provision of advice on employment arrangements
- Supporting cyclical HR programs such as annual remuneration review
- Coordinating pre-employment screening requirements
- Processing of invoices and coordination of team travel
- Maintaining HR registers relating to registrations and work rights
- Being involved in adhoc HR projects
**About you**
- Experience in an administration role with an understanding of basic HR concepts
- A passion for customer service and the ability to engage, influence and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- An eye for detail when processing high volume work
- Willingness to build upon your business acumen and reporting skills
