**OUR CLIENT**
Our client is a global freight forwarding and logistics company is the largest oil and gas freight forwarder in the world. Our client has been operating for over 50 years with a focus on sustainability, QHSE, development and maintaining a supportive, team focused work environment.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing support and assistance across human resource administration duties including all general HR, training & development, recruitment & selection, employee onboarding and separation processes, data entry, documentation and adhoc administrative duties.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Delivering accurate, timely HR Administrative services
- Monitoring and updating registers and actioning items relating to new starters, probationary periods and resignations
- Assisting with onboarding of new employees
- Providing recruitment support where required, including shortlisting of applicants, organising interviews and conducting reference checks
- Drafting contracts of employment and position change letters
- Assisting with reviewing and updating human resources polices, procedures, forms and other relevant documents to ensure compliance
- Coordinating the training and development system ensuring all employees are competent to their role accountabilities
- Sourcing and booking required training through external training providers
- Providing support to the Regional QHSE & Compliance Manager when required
**PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES**
- High attention to detail and strong organisation and planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
**ESSENTIAL**
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, accuracy and professionalism
- Current unrestricted driver’s licence
**DESIRABLE**
- Previous experience working within the supply chain or logistics industry
- Exposure to mining, energy / construction industries
- Certificate IV in Human Resources or progression towards
