Accounts Receivable/Payable Assistant - **they are open to full time or part time.**

**The Role**:
- **Permanent full-time (8:45am - 5pm) OR part-time (9am - 3pm) role Monday to Friday working onsite.**:
- Assisting the Credit Controller in all areas relating to AR
- Provide general support in AP
- Liaising closely with various external & internal parties, such as suppliers, customers, Sales & Marketing, Purchasing & Interstate staff.
- Other Administrative duties from time to time as requested.
**What you will have**:
- Strong knowledge of cash receipting and allocation of payments.
- You are polite, friendly, and quick with following up customer, supplier & internal departmental enquiries.
- You have solid negotiation skills and collection experience.
- A positive can-do attitude and able to work collaboratively with a small team.
- Willingness to learn and an eye for detail.
- Intermediate excel skills
