Randstad is currently recruiting for multiple Complaints Officers to work within a busy Government Agency. This will require a high level of stakeholder management and the ability to resolve issues in a timely, empathetic and efficient manner.

$42 - $55 per hour + SuperannuationFull Time Hours, 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - FridayLong-term contract located in CBD

About the role We are currently seeking multiple Complaints Officers - in this role, you will be required to: Receiving and managing complaints from members of the public, these can include over the phone, in person or in writingCase management of complaintsAssessing and categorising complaints, investigating information as required, and determining the next steps in the processPreparing draft recommendations Skills and Experience Strong communication skills and resilience, including communicating effectively with stakeholders, including people from a wide range of cultural and social backgrounds in challenging circumstances.The capability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with team members, staff, and other stakeholdersThe skills to manage responsibilities and workload in a timely and efficient mannerExceptional report writing skillsGood judgement for assessing risk and associated decision-making Successful applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment integrity checks including a National Police Criminal Check and two viable reference checks. Please note: For Federal Government opportunities, all potential candidates must be Australian Citizens
