**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Health-related field and a valid drivers licence
- You have demonstrated experience in health, welfare, or child protection related areas of practice.
- You have demonstrated management and leadership skills, including communication and interpersonal skills necessary to manage a multi-disciplinary team.
- You have advanced skills in people management, engaging and motivating staff, and developing capability and potential in others that inspires direction and purpose.

The Programs Manager - Out of Home Care Health Pathway Program is responsible for overseeing the operational and clinical Management of the Out of Home Care Health Pathway Program within the Violence Abuse and Neglect (VAN) portfolio.
