About the Role

The Programs Manager - Violence Abuse and Neglect is responsible for overseeing the operations and clinical management of programs within the Violence Abuse and Neglect (VAN) service.

This position is responsible for the Partnerships and Education stream which includes Joint Child Protection Response Program (JCPRP), Central Coast Multi-Agency Response Centre (CCMARC), Domestic and Family Violence services and Information Exchange.

It will also facilitate and coordinate the VAN workforce to deliver Mandatory and specialised VAN training across the District.

You will have advanced skills in people management, engaging and motivating staff, and developing capability and potential in others that inspires direction and purpose.

Your management and leadership experience and education in your health related qualification all contribute to leading and supporting high functioning teams that deliver exceptional health care fostering integration and collaboration.
