About the Role
The Program Manager is responsible for managing the operations of the Out of Home Care (OOHC) Health Pathway Program.

Their leadership skills of a small multidisciplinary team will coordinate and navigate assessment, care pathways and health management plans for children and young people in Out of Home Care.

About You

  • You will bring your leadership skills and result capabilities to operationally managing the program, working with staff from a range of disciplines.
  • You will be adept at people management, engaging and motivating staff, and developing capability and potential in others.
  • You will work closely with colleagues across the health service to facilitate integrated, trauma informed, culturally safe and streamlined pathways of care for children and young people.
  • You have Tertiary qualifications in Healthrelated field and a valid drivers licence
