Automotive Administrative Officer

**About the role**

As we continue to grow, we are on the look for a highly organised coordinator to support our team with all external warranty, recall and service bookings for our Carma vehicles. Take on the opportunity to become the main contact point between our Production team and the external dealerships and contractors that we closely work with.

**Responsibilities;**
- Coordinate with our Workshop manager to organise and keep track of all bookings relevant to our vehicles
- Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers and dealerships in order to keep an efficient workflow
- Manage the logistics around moving cars to an external supplier, by coordinating with Carma drivers and updating our system
- Support for our team when it comes to the generation of purchase orders for contractor payments; ensuring that vehicles are registered in a timely manner; and any other administrative and coordination tasks

**About You;**
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership environment, ideally with a focus on administration, warranty, service or other relevant departments
- Amazing organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Experience in administration skills, and good attention to detail
- Innovative; we are on the search for someone that is always looking to improve processes and increase their efficiency
- Tech savvy and comfortable with learning new systems
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
