**About this Role**

As Administration Officer Emergency Management, you will be responsible for providing efficient and confidential support including data entry and research assistance to the Community Health and Wellbeing division, with primary focus on the Emergency Management team.

You will deliver a range of administrative duties and processes including:

- Preparation of correspondence.
- Filing of documents.
- Organisation of meetings and preparation of minutes and agendas.
- Coordination and redirection of incoming calls and enquiries.

**About You**

For this position we are seeking an enthusiastic individual with the ability to provide high quality and essential administrative support to our Emergency Management team.

You will have:

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- The ability to manage and set priorities within required time-frames.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively
