**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to oversee key financial and administrative tasks, including Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable (Xero), Canva, and General Administration.

**Responsibilities***:
**Payroll & Superannuation**:

- Assist in payroll management, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Handle superannuation contributions and address employee inquiries.

**Accounts Payable**:

- Verify and reconcile supplier accounts for accuracy.
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers and service providers.

**Accounts Receivable**:

- Input invoices into the financial system for accurate record-keeping.
- Manage cash sales and maintain comprehensive records.
- Allocate payments received to customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.

**General Administration**:

- Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in administrative or financial roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Uphold high levels of confidentiality and integrity.
