**Recruitment Administrator**
You will be able to work with recognisable residential construction business. We provide an environment that is politics free, where you are treated like an adult and backed to get your job done.

This role is deal for someone who has just completed their HR degree or looking to step into HR or Recruitment.
**The opportunity**
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative and customer service support to the office.
- Diary management and calendar scheduling.
**To Be successful, you will have**
- Effective interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide range of people including managers, staff, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Effective written and oral communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with file management systems
- Sound knowledge of customer service
- A desire to work within a close-knit productive team.
- Ability to work autonomously and provide positive contributions to the team
- Previous experience with Recruitment or understanding or Recruitment functions.
- Passionate about people and or the Construction Industry.
- An understanding of residential construction is ideal but not essential.
