Creative Recruiters is excited to collaborate with a Victorian State Government client that aims to enhance the day-to-day lives of Victorians. Our client is currently undertaking some significant design projects and requires additional support.

We are seeking an
**Account Coordinator** to join their dynamic Design team as soon as possible for
**3 months.**

This is a fast-paced position where effective communication is crucial. You will directly engage with multiple stakeholders and manage competing deadlines while overseeing various projects.

As an
**Account Coordinator,** your responsibilities will include processing, comprehending, and consolidating design briefs. You will translate marketing language and compose simple briefs that designers can easily understand. You will also ensure that all resources are accessible for designers to proceed and oversee the entire design project, from start to finish.

Furthermore, you will communicate with all stakeholders directly, ensuring that everyone is well-informed on how each project is progressing.

Key responsibilities:

- reviewing creative briefs received from a range of stakeholders
- ensuring all required assets have been provided
- coordination of missing information
- setting deadline expectations
- forwarding completed briefs through to Traffic Manager

Key experience:

- 2 years + experience in Traffic Coordination / Account Management
- Thorough understanding of what is required in a creative brief
- Ability to gather information from key stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
