**About the Role**
The Application Support Analyst role at the City of Port Phillip will be key to providing ‘Level 2 & Level 3’ ICT support for TechnologyOne CIA at the City of Port Phillip Council. Investigating and troubleshooting incidents & problems will be at the core of the role. Providing support for requests for our business teams and customers with a great attitude. Working closely with our IT department and business teams, you will be driving Incidents and Problem resolution, along with system and process changes for enhancements and uplift. Supporting the implementation of improvement initiatives and projects, including upgrades and new solutions. Implement minor process/configuration changes, conduct training and document processes.
**Duties**

- Level 2 & 3 incident and problem resolution
- System, Module and Application stability
- Providing guidance for technical support to resolve incidents and problems
- Driving sustainable solutions with business and community in mind.
- Actively involved in system upgrades and patches
- Providing solutions to business teams to resolve system & business challenges through opportunities delivering to our customers and community.
