Project Administrator

Austral Fitout Pty Ltd, a tier-one construction fit out subcontractor with a project range of AUD 1-$35 million, is seeking a motivated Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. We work across multiple sectors, including Retail, Residential, Education, Hospitality, Aged Care, and Health Services, offering opportunities for diverse experiences and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate contracts and legal documents for project compliance.
- Coordinate project schedules and manage timelines to ensure on-time completion.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes and safety regulations.
- Assist in preparing and managing project budgets, monitoring expenditures, and recommending financial adjustments.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders through regular project updates and detailed reports.
- Review and process invoices related to construction projects for accuracy and budget alignment.
- Maintain and update comprehensive project documentation, ensuring current and accurate records.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to manage orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team.
- Relevant degree or diploma.
- Experience in project coordination and budget management.
- Proficiency in document management and reporting.
