This is your opportunity to join our fun and dynamic team as an Event and Administration Coordinator.
**What will I be doing?**
The role involves extensive administrative support, staff and client liaison, booking of external suppliers, developing creative concepts, delivering event and marketing collateral.
On a daily basis, you will liaise with clients to coordinate and plan their events, arrange site meetings and liaise with external venues and suppliers. You will also undertake the administrative functions of the company, collating event folders and food signs, and preparing weekly sales projections.
To secure this position, you will be a highly motivated individual who can take on multiple tasks whilst delivering the highest level of customer service and maintaining effective communication with staff. **What are we looking for?**
PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Meticulous approach to planning and organisation with the capability to handle multiple projects to strict deadlines
Creativity and passion for organising unique and stylish events
People person with the ability to liaise with staff across multiple demographics
Minimum of 2 years office and events experience with proven track record of coordinating various types of events
Ability to effectively perform assigned tasks and handle increase in workload during peak times with a willingness to work flexibly.
A sound knowledge of the events and hospitality industry
Driver licence
