We have an exciting opportunity for an
**Under-Graduate | Cadet** looking to start their career off on the right foot and work with a business specialising high end commercial and residential fit out and refurbishment projects.

This role would suit a 3rd or 4th year student looking to gain more experience and take on a more hands on role.

**Duties include**
- Issuing purchase orders and invoice reconciliation.
- Assisting with the management of subcontractors including preparation of packages, scope of works and procurement.
- Document Control.
- Progress claims and variation preparation and management.
- Project coordination
- Management, review and tracking of project expenditure.
- Administration of RFI’s

**About You**
- 3rd or 4th year student studying towards a qualification in Construction.
- Commercial and/ or Residential fit out experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability to work to a schedule and complete tasks on time.
- Australian working rights.
