**The Position**
Ambulance Victoria (AV) is committed to creating a safer, more inclusive and more equal workplace based on recommendations from the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission. The organisation has accepted the Commission’s recommendation to establish a new organisational response to complaints of unlawful and harmful conduct and accordingly, AV seeks to appoint experienced Case Managers with knowledge of evidence-based case management who will play a key role within the Professional Standards and Behaviours Department.
The Case Managers will coordinate the progress of complaints throughout the complaint lifecycle. They will have a broad understanding of current government regulatory frameworks and working knowledge of HR regulations and legislation relating to case management, plans, risk assessment and interventions. Reporting to the Senior Case Manager, the Case Managers will provide responsive advice and recommendations that focus on people centred resolutions, in line with AV’s values and obligations. Providing relevant referrals and support to employees throughout the complaints process.
A post graduate degree or relevant industry certification in combination with industry experience in an Industrial Relations, Human Resources or related discipline will be highly regarded.
