About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Assistant to join our Global Operations Team at White & Case. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service and support to internal and external clients
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms, communal areas, and facilities
  • Coordinate video conferences and conference calls
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a well-stocked inventory
  • Assist with reception duties and cover for the Receptionist as needed
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role
  • Barista license and RSA (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work overtime for special events
