Guest Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Assistant to join our Global Operations Team at White & Case. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our offices.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional client service and support to internal and external clients
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of meeting rooms, communal areas, and facilities
- Coordinate video conferences and conference calls
- Manage office supplies and maintain a well-stocked inventory
- Assist with reception duties and cover for the Receptionist as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
- 2+ years of experience in a hospitality or customer service role
- Barista license and RSA (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime for special events
