Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and driving business success? We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Client Relations Manager to join our team - this is a hybrid role that can be based from any of our 30+ offices nationwide. This is the first time we are replacing a role on this team in 3 years - an incredibly rare opportunity to join one of the best occ rehab CRM teams in the country.

**The Role**
Key aspects of the role include:
- Influencing and negotiating across military networks
- Supporting the learning, development and mentoring of consultants and our management team Development and implementation of systems to support compliance and performance monitoring in line with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Actively driving commercial strategy across the militaryp ortfolio - advising and reporting to relevant leaders, developing business plans, growing account & contributing to strategic sales planning
- Identifying future leaders and specialised consultants within Rehab Management to ensure succession planning & assist in training and development of consultants, TLs and managers
Reporting to the Head of Client Relationships and Customer Experience, you are responsible for a combination of customer relationship management, new business, quality management, coaching and mentoring consultants, and company-wide strategic business planning activities & support our team to ensure service delivery meets KPIs including (but not limited to): customer SLAs, customer relationship outcomes, ensuring RTW performance is above benchmark, quality assurance, compliance with internal policies and procedures and service delivery outcomes
**WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN US**
- **MANDATORY REQUIREMENT **Tertiary qualification in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology) & active registration with relevant peak body (AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience and exposure to military schemes
- Experience in client relations, operational, account and project management
- Strategic and national experience and mindset (cross border referrals and tenders)
- Enthusiasm for business development and contract management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in account growth, acquiring new and managing existing business
- Exceptional influencing, negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of tendering for business & contract implementation
