We’re looking for an experienced Campaign Project Administrator with strong relationship management skills who is as passionate as we are about making a difference to the health and wellbeing of communities across Australia.

Convenience Advertising is Australia’s biggest/leading bathroom advertising company. We partner with more than 3,200 venues around the country - including shopping centres, universities and TAFEs, airports, parent rooms, pubs, bars and clubs - to deliver effective, high impact awareness and behaviour change campaigns for our government, not-for-profit and commercial partners. Our main focus is improving human health.

**About the role**:
The Campaign Project Administrator, based in Melbourne, is an important position within our operations team, ensuring the efficient delivery of multiple public health campaigns. The primary objective is to assist the General Manager to deliver all campaign project briefs on time, in full, too budget and to client satisfaction. We have a wide range of partners, including governments and health charities. These campaigns, covering issues such as mental health, alcohol and violence, drink driving, sexual health and organ donation, are saving lives.

Key responsibilities:

- Plan and coordinate the program resources detailed within the campaign project briefs, to ensure they are planned ahead of time. All campaign project briefs must be delivered on time (campaign start date), in full and to client satisfaction
- Work with the Operations Contract Administrator to plan and coordinate the Maintenance Officers (remote workforce) to ensure all campaign project briefs are delivered according to the geographical locations stated in the operations brief
- Analyse and report on the costs for every campaign project brief, to make sure they’re implemented against the budget and a target of 61.1% gross profit target is achieved
- Pro-actively troubleshoot and problem solve
- Notify relevant stakeholders of issues and challenges as they arise
- Work with Account Managers on ‘out of scope campaign project briefs’, negotiating terms where required to achieve broader business goals

**About you**:

- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills
- Sound knowledge of contemporary IT packages, including the Mac MS Office suite
- Superior attention to detail
- Experience with the management and coordination of a campaign/program delivery (ideal)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
- Team player who thrives working in a collaborative environment
- Driver's licence
- Open to learning new skills and training
- 2+ years of Project Management experience

Permanent role, 5 days per week, based in Melbourne.
