We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, hard working and client focussed individual to join one of our most successful and high performing teams as their Executive Assistant.

About the Role

This position will work within a small, close knit team assisting with sales administration tasks with the main focus of the role to keep the lead sales agents organised.

Performing a diverse range of tasks you will;
provide administration support for sales campaigns;
ensure files are 100% compliant;
co-ordinate diary entries and manage calendars;
maintain the client database and ensure it is up-to-date;
prepare presentations and reports; and
assist with social media posts.

About You

You will preferably have a minimum of 2 years’ + real estate experience in an EA, sales assistant or administration role.

You will love being organised, being involved in multiple tasks at the one time and taking the lead in organising and coordinating the team. You have strong administration, communication and relationship building skills. You also have a passion for the real estate industry.
