Our client is a high profile ASX listed diversified property group is seeking a part-time Finance Administration Officer to join their Office Property Accounting team on a 12 month contract basis.

Work the hours you want to work - our client is extremely flexible and you can work your hours over a 2 day or 5 day period.

You will have a range of responsibilities including:

- Coding invoices for capital expenditure, rates and utilities to ensure they are received, processed and followed up in a timely manner.
- Producing reports on capital and operational expenditure
- Assist in budget and forecast process
- Identify business improvement opportunities and drive changes
- Assisting with various ad‐hoc projects as they occur
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience working in an accounts payable team
- Needs to have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to speak to internal/external stakeholders.
- Advanced user in Microsoft Excel (preferred)
- Sound knowledge and good understanding of accounting principles, e.g. accrual accounting (compulsory)
