**About the role**:
We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity based on-site at our North Ryde Head Office. This role is ideal for someone who has had a taste of HR administration and is looking to pursue a career in the field.

You will be responsible for supporting our store teams, distribution centres, and head office staff, across Australia and NZ. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Maintain HR records, such as onboarding/offboarding employee information, managing leave requests, pay benefits, etc.
- Assist with rostering information and circulation
- Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries and respond to queries and phone calls within a timely manner
- Support various HR projects in line with the needs of the business and team.

**About you**:
Retail is an extremely fast-paced
- environment. You will need to be comfortable working to strict deadlines and enjoy working in a busy role. Other attributes we look for are:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
- Strong administration skills and the ability to use MS Office word, excel, and PowerPoint
- Appreciation for confidentiality and sensitivity
