- We have a great opportunity for a skilled, motivated and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our busy team. This is a full-time position based in North Sydney, with the opportunity to work partly from home as part of our hybrid working model.- Reporting directly to the HR Director you will be providing administrative support on a broad range of HR processes, working as part of our passionate and experienced HR team.- This role would suit an experienced HR Administrator or someone with proven strong admin skills and an interest in working in the HR space who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.**Who are we?**

- Supporting our HR team with execution of a broad range of HR related administration tasks across the employee life cycle
- Managing a busy HR inbox, assisting with queries and relaying messages to the relevant team members
- Preparation of contracts and personnel file management
- Accurate record keeping, reporting and general administration of HRIS and other platforms
- Managing the execution of the annual WHS Calendar including coordination of annual WHS audits and WHS Committee meetings
- Providing input into Health & Wellbeing and Engagement initiatives
- Participation in HR projects as required
- Assisting with recruitment admin

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**
- Strong administrative skills and prior experience in an administrative role
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Excellent organisational skills and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong communication ability - written and verbal
- Proven ability to achieve tasks and results within tight time frames
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to collaborate at all levels within the business
- A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service
