Marketing & Business Development Account Manger

We are currently seeking a Marketing & Business Development Account Manger to be a part of our Multichannel Fulfilment Partner Department in Sydney NSW.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Understands the key priorities of the client to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals
- Anticipates clients’ needs and, in collaboration with Key Account Managers and the department colleagues, develops and presents proposed solutions to client's complex business issues. Identifies and leads the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities. Typically interfaces with marketing, market research, sales management and/or regulatory affairs in existing and prospective client(s)
- Monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and works with the department colleagues to achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Preparation of client quotations and entry and tracking of opportunities in SFDC
- Tracking of key metrics and monthly spend and reporting to client
- Internal collaboration across IQVIA offerings teams
- Develops strong relationships with the department colleagues and internal IQVIA teams
- Inbound and Outbound calls, cold calling where necessary
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of three (3) years relevant sales or account management experience and/or solution sales management experience (preferred)
- Analytical skills with accurate data handling and process driven
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Strong organisational skills
- Takes great satisfaction in their work, but also gets the need for a healthy work-life balance
- Is effective and efficient
- Marketing skills (preferred but not essential)
- Previous Healthcare experience (preferred but not essential)
