- This position supports full-cycle talent acquisition processes and projects at Reckitt: marketing, sales, IT and operations across Australia & New Zealand. This position requires recruiting experience paired with strong communication and relationship building skills. In this role, you will work closely with the whole business to plan, innovate, and execute robust talent acquisition processes.
- You will play a crucial role in the ANZ business where you will be responsible for the delivery of end-to-end recruitment in the region. You will act as a trusted advisor and partner to the business in acquiring top talent for Reckitt. You will be hands on with a range of functions and will hold a key role in organising and administering our early careers (Future Leaders) program.**Responsibilities**:
- Full-cycle recruitment of business roles at all levels and across various functions
- Work closely with key stakeholders to advise on the recruitment process
- Build strong pipelines of talent for repeat and hard to fill roles
- Influence and advise multiple senior stakeholders within the business to achieve best possible TA outcomes
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition, including early careers
- Assist with delivery of hiring manager and stakeholder training
- Be a Reckitt ambassador through your posts on LinkedIn and attendance at industry events (University careers days etc.)
- Undertake administrative duties including contract creation and maintenance of recruitment data & systems
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruitment experience - inhouse or agency
- Ability to hire a range of roles— technical, commercial, and administrative
- Excellent sourcing and searching skills
- Self-motivated and driven with a can-do attitude
- Resilient and able to manage competing priorities, can effectively multitask
- Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail
- Speaking and writing proficiency in English
- Results-oriented with a commitment to secure the best talent in the market
