This critical leadership role will be responsible for managing two key partners to continually improve operational performance and services to deliver high value digital first member experiences that are compliant with regulatory obligations.
This is a 12 month maximum term contract.
As an experienced leader, you will be leading the Service Optimisation team within the Member Services & Operations function including:
- Delivering the MSO Roadmap & Change
- Analytics and reporting
- Overseeing the administration and continual improvement of accumulation and retirement products and services, including First Line Risk and Compliance
- Managing the partnership with our two administrators, including a key leadership role as part of our program to transition from one to the other
You will have:
- Significant experience in a similar role or highly relevant experience within the Financial Services/Superannuation industry.
- Previously lead teams
- Managed vendors & stakeholders in complex environments
- Experience in identifying and executing opportunities to uplift business process and ways of working.
You will be proactive, empathetic, curious, motivated, and able to work effectively with a diverse team of peers; you are someone who can amplify the positive & inclusive team culture we've been building.
