In your Digital Optimisation Manager’s role reporting to the Head of Digital Performance, you will be responsible for the architecture, implementation and maintenance of the automated marketing processes within the Adobe marketing cloud, including Audience Manager, Adobe Campaign and Adobe analytics.
This role has accountability for the build and effectiveness of the personalised customer journeys: buying, using and renewing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Leading the MarTech (Adobe) integration across technology landscape - Plan discovery and solution sessions, gather business requirements, developing quality documentation, and presenting tailored marketing automation solutions.
- Lead and drive customer behaviour and insights led triggered activities to support personalised customer experience and uplift acquisition targets
- Develop strategies and drive digital optimisation and performance through CRO initiatives, utilising Adobe Target and Adobe Martech to develop and execute A/B testing
- Implement best practice processes within our MarTech Platform (Adobe) - including lead generation, lead nurturing, journey mapping, lead scoring / qualification and handoff to sales, CRM integration and data integration.
- Leading the Google Analytics integration through GTM across GRS, B2B and MMS.
- Manage digital data integration with MMS data warehouse and elevate centralised data into the digital environment to enrich digital activities.
- Segmenting audiences and optimising campaigns to increase effectiveness.
- Support on strategy, best practices and process improvement in Content Optimisation initiatives.
- Assist with any reporting and analytics activities required for digital campaigns or website testing.
- Reviewing existing marketing campaigns across the business and automating where appropriate.
- Ensuring all platforms within the business communicate with each other to remove discrepancies.
You will bring:
- 5+ Years experience in Digital Marketing / Design / Online Channel Management
- 2+ years experience using marketing automation platforms (Adobe CDP, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics)
- 2+ years experience using Adobe Launch or GTM
- Solid experience in A/B testing and CRO is a must
- Thorough understanding of business processes, particularly sales & marketing processes
- Knowledge of data (segmentation, database queries, reporting tools)
- Proven track record in Online Channel Optimisation
- Experience with an online Content Management System, and some HTML experience is desirable but not essential
- Possess strong project management skills
