Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage budgets and coordinate procurement activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Demonstrate strong budget skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve project objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in a federal government procurement team.
  • Strong budget skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in hands-on procurement activities, including managing budgets and coordinating procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPR) and Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act (PGPA).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in project coordination or business administration.
  • Competency in SharePoint and Confluence.
  • Open to learning new skills and adapting to new ways of working and tools.
  • Able to think creatively about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design and development.
Benefits:
