Office and Culture Coordinator

With direction from the Chief People Officer, you will play an integral role in directly supporting our people, own and improve upon our daily office operations, and deliver people centric programming and events.

**DELIVERING THE GOOD, STRIVING FOR THE GREAT | Position responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- **Office management**: Take pride in our environment and be a welcoming presence. Order materials and snacks to furnish the office. Manage relationships with vendors and building management.
- **Employee experience**: Help establish operational procedures and guidelines that enhance the employee experience. Be a culture carrier and look for new and innovative ways to ensure Kinatico continues to be an incredible place to work. Assist with miscellaneous People and Culture initiatives.
- **People and Culture administration**:Assist with onboarding, offboarding, recruitment coordination and cyclical people activities.
- **Administrative support, calendar and travel management**:Provide assistance to the Executive group as directed. Expertly maintain and manage calendars/meeting room booking, travel and accommodation bookings. Coordinate mail, security, building passes.
- **Internal event delivery**: Design, plan and execution of company-wide and ad-hoc employee events

- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience ideally with a combination of office management and administration (HR experience favourable)
- A keen sense for organization, office aesthetic and a commitment to making workplaces operate seamlessly while taking pride in delivering exceptional customer service experience to employees
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and professionalism.
- Proactive team player, self-starter with proven ability to multitask and prioritize. Must be willing to collaborate with others and able to detect what others need and help them get things done
- Highly accountable, outcome oriented and able to carry many simultaneous initiatives forward and prioritize fluidly as needs change.
- Growth-oriented. Gives and receives direct feedback to help others learn. Not afraid to ask questions, ask for help, or give direction to others when needed.
