**The Role**

Reporting to the Manager Resource Recovery, you will be based in Windsor and responsible for managing the collection, disposal, and processing of recycling, waste, and organics contracts. You will coordinate and manage strategic waste related projects, including those that are grant funded.

**About You**

You will be an experienced leader, with previous experience in contract management, including waste related contracts, and project management. You will be able to prioritise your tasks to meet deadlines within budget and time constraints.

**Essential Criteria**
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Contract Management, or equivalent qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in the waste management industry, demonstrating management of large contracts and projects
- Class C Drivers Licence and NSW WorkSafe White Card
- Extensive contracts management and project Management experience, preferably within a waste related environment
- Demonstrated ability to undertake research and use data to present concise and accurate reports on matters affecting waste management
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate with contractors in delivering beneficial outcomes for the organisation
