**About the role**
We are looking for a dynamic and highly driven administrative professional who is looking to grow their career with an exciting and forward thinking organisation.
A 12-month contract opportunity has become available within our innovative global MedTech company, based at the head office located in Windsor, Brisbane. The company is experiencing rapid growth to meet the needs of the fast-paced product development cycle required to launch the current product line. Joining the team will see you integrate and promote a highly engaged culture underpinned by a strong and unified vision of success for both individuals and company alike.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider product development and engineering team, as well as key stakeholders in the business, inclusive of DMC Board, DMC Investors and key consultants.
You will assist to achieve the key deliverables, including but not limited to:
- financial reporting and day to day management of accounts
- payroll
- minute taking
- travel and accommodation
- general administration support
**About you**
Strong administration skills from a minimum five years’ office support experience, along with proven experience and openness to fulfil a wide-scoped role within a fast-paced environment.
Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite.
Experience in Xero highly desirable.
Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and task orientated approach will see you provide support to the team and greater business.
An ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships at all seniority levels.
Demonstrate a capability to work autonomously to ensure you hit the ground running.
You will enjoy working as part of a strong team and your strength of character, self-starting and hands-on approach, teamed with your influencing skills and high level of confidentiality will see you build credibility amongst stakeholders.

**Job Type**: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
