**About the Role**:
Seeking to appoint a **Corporate Accounts Administrator** to join our Corporate Accounts team.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Accounts, you will provide administrative support to the Corporate Accounts (CA) team for both internal and external customers alike whilst maintaining and offering exceptional service standards at all times. The Corporate Accounts Administrator will work closely with the CA team providing administrative and marketing support to assist in tender collation, submission and maintenance. Furthermore, you will support the day to day activities within the CA team and the implementation of new initiatives and tools to achieve continuous improvement in the Corporate Accounts function, with the support, guidance and direction of the Head of Corporate Accounts.

**What we are looking for**:
You will contribute to Olympus’ success by offering a proactive, results driven and detail-focused approach. In addition, your history and experience will demonstrate:

- Prior administrative experience in a similar role involving contracts and tender management
- Ability to organise and manage workload in order to meet competing deadlines whilst ensuring results are of high quality and error free when carrying out assigned tasks
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Office 365 and intermediate Excel skills
- High levels of confidence and ability to navigate challenges with solution-focused mindset
