Partnership and Client Manager

As Partnership and Client Manager, your role will play a crucial part in expanding the customer portfolio across diverse sectors. Emphasis will be placed on advocating for services related to debt alleviation and corporate guidance, with a specific emphasis on solutions involving insolvency. Your contribution will be vital in propelling this company's expansion, utilising your skill in forming partnerships and crafting customised approaches.
You will be working with small and medium business owners right across Australia and helping them reduce their debt, getting them back to what they enjoy most by providing each client with a tailored solution.

- Identify potential clients across multiple industries in the Sydney region.
- Craft and implement a robust sales strategy to secure a minimum of one new client every week.
- Employ networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to establish initial connections with potential clients.
- Engage with prospects to conduct comprehensive consultations, delving into their financial and advisory needs.
- Articulate the merits of debt reduction and corporate advisory services, with a special emphasis on insolvency solutions.
- Tailor solutions to cater to the distinctive needs of each client.
- Monitor the progress of potential deals, diligently follow up, and oversee leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Strive to exceed the sales target of securing a minimum of one new client weekly.
- Contribute to revenue growth by successfully acquiring clients and proficiently implementing debt reduction and corporate advisory services.
**WHAT YOU NEED**:
- Demonstrated track record in sales within the financial services, advisory, or related domain.
- Thorough comprehension of debt reduction strategies, corporate advisory services, and insolvency solutions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of elucidating complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
- Proven ability to establish and nurture client relationships, cultivating trust and credibility.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, exhibiting proactive drive in identifying and pursuing new business prospects.
- Strong organisational abilities, encompassing effective time management and task prioritisation.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines and generate reports.
- Must have a strong, well-connected network in the correct fields.
