Our client partnership teams are the eyes and ears of Cuscal. They are client-focused relationship managers gaining a comprehensive understanding of our clients’ needs so that they can integrate our market leading products and services seamlessly.

**We are looking for a Client Partnerships Manager to join our Non-ADI (Authorised Deposit Taking) Client Partnerships team.**

This role reports into the Senior Manager, Client Partnerships, Non-ADI. The main aim of this role is to proactively work with assigned key clients to understand their short
- and long-term objectives, focusing on profitable mutual business development opportunities, with the aim of enhancing the overall commercial relationship between Cuscal and each client.

Based on a thorough understanding of each client's needs, the Client Partnerships Manager facilitates growth in each client's product offering, improving operational efficiency and enhancing client satisfaction with Cuscal's service and products.

As Cuscal’s Client Partnerships Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Key Account Management of client portfolio for mutual business growth and strengthening our overall relationship with Cuscal’s key clients.
- Enhance the overall commercial relationship between Cuscal and each client through development of tailored and professionally delivered business objectives.
- Pursue opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to current clients.
- Be the key client advocate internally and provide supporting education for client concerns and opportunities.
- Be abreast of market trends and competitor knowledge to remain a market leader in the industry.
- Offer outstanding customer service to retain and grow client relationships.
- Create and implement business strategies to meet the business objective goals and revenue targets.
- Accountable for being the primary escalation point and facilitate major strategic and operational issues resolution.

We invite you to also have the following experience to be considered for this opportunity:

- Demonstrated experience in a B2B environment and have an in-depth insight of the electronic payment industry.
- A holistic understanding of strategic, technical, financial, and operational issues impacting the range of products and services offered at Cuscal.
- Comprehensive understanding of commercial and regulatory environments in which Cuscal operates in.
- Ability to collaborate and influence actions and outcomes across a broad range of stakeholders and clients.
- Proven track record in negotiating commercial relationships at the B2B level.
- Exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills
- Highly resilient and the ability manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner.
- Confident with the ability to present to senior leadership and at C Suit level.
- Expertise in managing client business plans in this accelerated environment.
